Huadian Group's supporting slag storage area project for ultrafine fly ash solid waste disposal at power plant in Lingwu City
Project location: Lingwu City, Ningxia Construction period: from October 2015 to September 2018 (implemented in three phases) The scale of this phase: Huadian Ningxia Lingwu Power Plant’s new comprehensive utilization project with an annual output of 3 million tons of ultra-fine fly ash is invested and constructed by Hangzhou Jinjiang Group Ningxia Jinxiu Industrial Co., Ltd.

The scale of this phase: Huadian Ningxia Lingwu Power Plant’s new comprehensive utilization project with an annual output of 3 million tons of ultra-fine fly ash is invested and constructed by Hangzhou Jinjiang Group Ningxia Jinxiu Industrial Co., Ltd. A key demonstration enterprise for comprehensive solid waste management, the project has a total investment of 520 million yuan and covers an area of 185 acres. It mainly builds fly ash grinding stations, scientific research centers, ash dumps, etc., with an annual processing capacity of 3 million tons of fly ash. After the completion of the project, the annual sales revenue is expected to be 300 million yuan, which can completely solve the fly ash generated by Huadian Ningxia Lingwu Power Plant every year and realize the recycling and comprehensive utilization of industrial waste residue. The anti-seepage system uses a filament composite geomembrane to prevent alkaline leachate from seeping out and polluting the surrounding environment.

As a professional geomembrane manufacturer and constructor, we undertook this project.

This project uses the filament composite geomembrane produced by our factory. In addition to the functions of sealing, anti-seepage, isolation, reinforcement,strengthen, and protection, it also has well resist corrosion and aging ,which is suitable for undulating site topography and long-term storage requirements of alkaline waste slag in this project.

 

The project has now been put into use and has achieved good environmental effects and economic benefits. The characteristics of filament composite geomembrane products: high strength, strong puncture resistance, which can resist acid ,alkali, corrosion, microbial, and aging

It has superior filtration and soil retention, and plays the role of isolation, drainage filtration, and protection.

South-to-North water transfer Project Construction Project

The South-to-North Water Diversion project is a strategic project to transfer part of the abundant water resources in the Han River basin to North China and Northwest China, so as to change the situation of south waterlogging and north drought and severe shortage of water resources in north China. The purpose of the project is to promote the coordinated development of economy, society, population, resources and environment between the North and the South of China. The South-to-North Water Diversion Project has three routes, namely the eastern, middle and western routes, with a total investment of 500 billion yuan.

The main geosynthetics materials used in seepage prevention engineering and their functions:

1, Composite hdpe geomembrane (150g/m2-0.3mm-150g/m2) : It combined with the advantages of geotextiles and hdpe geomembrane, bring into play excellently preventing leakage and isolation.

2, Filament spunbonded needle geotextile: It brings into play the weak foundation plays a strengthened role, while isolating the clay layer, play a long silk spunbonded needle woven geotextile superior filtration, protection function.
